Download Anime Videos - Do Free Anime Videos Exist?

People love free stuff. This is why there are many folks who wish to download anime videos for free. The question is whether they do exist and what are the implications of getting hold of these videos? We will answer these questions as we explore the whole arena of downloading anime videos for free.

In a sentence, free videos for anime do exist. There are probably a handful of English anime fansubs available online for free. Basically, fansubs are the translated version of original Japanese cartoon videos. These are produced by fan groups and distributed for downloading. Be careful when you download anime videos at such sites. I will explain why.

Firstly, while it is free, you really have no idea if these are licensed copies. If they are not which I often suspect at those self-run sites put up by a few anime enthusiasts, you can get into tons of trouble especially with the law. Another issue that often plagues these free download sites is the lack of a secured downloading environment.

It is quite common for your computer to be exposed to a host of viruses, adware, spyware and other forms of malware. In minor cases, your computers only suffer a slow down. In serious cases, your hard drive may just die on you and you lose all your important documents. When these happen, you got to spend money getting a professional computer technician or replace your hard drive. All the reformatting and loss of confidential and personal documents make it not worthwhile to download anime videos at these free fan sites.

Since there are paid anime sites that are offering you unlimited access to the latest and even oldest anime videos for less than the price of a 4-episode Anime DVD, why go through the trouble and risk? These download services contain huge databases, often with more than a few hundred complete Japanese cartoon series with English subtitles and multi-language features available for downloading. Anyone can find anything from the old classics to the latest release. There are also multi-genres of videos available.

Anyone who is keen to find out a thing or two about where you can download anime videos of the latest and complete editions can check out my anime blog.

How to Download Anime Videos For Pennies

Anime fans are always searching for the key to download anime videos without costing them much. In fact, since the majority of fans are all young kids, teens and young adults in the age group from 8 to 25, it does make sense that being able to buy videos of their favorite Japanese cartoon series for a cheap price becomes important. This article will reveal how to download anime videos for pennies that even kids can afford.

There are now paid download sites where you can download anime videos in its entire series. These sites either charge you for per download or a monthly or one-time fee for the videos you wish to watch. Depending on the site, there could be a monthly limit cap at the number of videos you can download, or there is absolutely no limit at all. Since this is the case, many people prefer to go for the one-time lifetime membership which costs no more than $50 in some cases. The most popular one is going for less than $30.

At each of the sites, you can just register and start to download anime videos like Full Metal Alchemist, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Gundam, Bleach, Naruto, Slam Dunk, Dragon Ball, Shana and more. Good sites often update their database so that you can find the latest release of new videos. With well over hundreds of videos, you can spend hours watching these favorite anime series and not get bored.

You may realize that some of the places where you can download anime videos also allow you to access other media files like Manga, movies adapted from Manga and Anime and so on. All the downloading software are provided for you to easily download the videos directly to your computer. Watch it on your computer, TV or convert it into a format compatible with your digital portal device such as iPod or PSP.

Since there is a dozen of sites which allow you to download anime videos, you have to exercise some discretion in your selection. Everyone wants to get the best deal. So be sure to check out a couple of factors. Read the terms and conditions of each site to see if you are comfortable. Also check out the download speeds to make sure it is fast enough, as well as whether they provide excellent customer and technical support so that should you run into problems, you can always seek for their help.

This is a summary of what you need to know about how to download anime videos. Did you know that you can download unlimited full series at one of the most popular anime site through my video blog for a one time fee only?

Necessary Anime - Is the PR Fair?

Anime is great especially heavy shows with good public relation reviews. Like music, plays, and movies, they fall into an intricate part of hype for society. Some aquire the PR, but surely some don't obtain enough. Dragon Ball Z is an example of good pr to let the crowds notice it's hype. That agent did an extremely good job making it noticed to the people. Ghost in the Shell is another, but are they really the only A-1 animes out there? I've found several others that really push the edge of excitement. Heat Guy J is an awesome anime. The story of a man investigating a conspiracy of crimes commited by an unsuspected person is fun thinking. However did this anime get the pr the above mentioned did, I think not. This made it more unreachable for people with that sort of interest. I'm just putting the truth out there. You all decide wheather or not it is worth it.

PR is a tool that needs to be used for better promotion to people. Not the overall business exec's opinions. That would take the cake so to speak. Did Galaxy Railways or Claymore get the PR Dragon Ball Z did? In my opinion they should have. They rocked just as much if not slightly less than it did. True, Dragon Ball Z may be the best anime of all time, however did you put stock in noticing it or did you just listen to PR before you ever watched it.

My point is several anime such as the above mentioned and others are not really syndicated enough. So I leave you with two questions. What would you say about agents and there pr now? Did this open your eyes to that there are other anime out there that should be promoted better? Hope you enjoyed the read. Check out my blogg, please. Thank you for taking the time.

Create an Anime Website

Do you love watching anime? Enough to create anime websites? Anime is a very popular, a form of Japanese animation. Anime, of course, is the most popular in Japan and makes American Anime fans fewer to find in your local area. A lot of American Anime fans are forced to converse about their favorite Anime shows on the internet with people on message boards with similar interests.

This is great when you finally find a website that shares your views and enjoys the same shows as you do, but even once you find one of these websites there is always SOME sort of problem. There are too many advertisements, you have to sign-up for this and that to become a member of the website, they spam your email inbox, some websites won't let you post messages until you've been a member for so long.. the list goes on and on. Have you ever considered creating your very own anime website?

This may sound like a challenging task for the less tech savvy people out there, but it is MUCH easier than you think. Today you can make websites without any prior knowledge to web programming codes such as HTML, CSS, PHP or any other web language. You don't even have know how to make the graphics for your website! All you have to do is have a passion for Anime!

There are many perks to having your own Anime website. First and foremost you're the webmaster and moderator! You know everyone that joins your site and you can choose who to ban and what not. You make the message board topics what you want them to be and have full control over everything. Also, anime websites can make big bucks! Even if you just mess with your website in your spare time you can earn extra cash for something you enjoy doing. Stop going through all the drama of everyone else's anime website, make your own anime website today!

Anime - What's it All About?

If you're reading this right now, there's a good chance that you or someone you know enjoys watching anime. If by some rare chance you only have a vague idea of what anime is, allow me to briefly explain. Anime is essentially a style of animation that originated from Japan and throughout the years, has skyrocketed in popularity, especially among the younger generation. Many people who only know a little bit about anime assume that the only ones who enjoy it are nerdy Asian youth with nothing better to do than sit in front of a computer all day. This is probably the single largest misconception surrounding anime. In reality, people from all backgrounds and cultures can enjoy anime, and I'll explain why so many people are drawn into watching it day after day.

So, what makes anime popular, and why do so many people from all over the world spend so much of their time watching it? I don't believe that there's an exact answer to this question. However, one of the things that I feel makes anime very different from your typical Saturday morning cartoon is that there's just so much variety in anime. The storylines are more detailed, many people would argue that the animation is done better, and the extensive character development makes the fans crave for episode after episode. I do know for sure that any hardcore anime junkie (what one normally calls an anime fan) would agree with me on these points.

Some people might have heard their friends mention the action-adventure anime Naruto or Bleach and be under the assumption that all anime is similar to those series. Nothing could be further from the truth. While Naruto and Bleach are without a doubt two of the most popular anime series out at the moment in 2008, there are many others that are completely different. Say for example that you enjoy watching mysteries or Sherlock Holmes' style shows. One of the many mystery anime series out there is called Detective Conan. It is on-going and presently has over 500 episodes. It's probably one of the most well-written anime series that I've ever seen, and I've seen my fair share of anime. Craving a thriller? Something suspenseful? Check out the anime series Death Note. A mix between fantasy and psychological warfare, Death Note is definitely one anime you need to take a look at. Seen it already? Not to worry, there's always more. Code Geass is the complex tale of a young student's dream to reclaim his country back from the clutches of an evil organization - using military strategies and tactics. Maybe you'd rather watch something light, perhaps maybe a romance or a drama. Some of the more notable romance anime include Ai Yori Aoshi, Love Hina, Nodame Cantabile, Kanon, and Honey and Clover. I'd love to list them all out for you, but that would take quite a while. Love triangles, mysteries, dramas, action, history, suspense, fantasy - the list goes on and on. If it's something you can think of, there'll be an anime for it. Enjoy playing mahjong? Check out the anime Akagi. Like playing sports? Slam Dunk for the basketball fans, Major for the baseball players. Play in the orchestra or enjoy classical music? Check out Nodame Cantabile. How about something random, like vampires? - try Hellsing or Trinity Blood, just to name a few. I could keep going, but the list would go on and on. Basically, the point I want to get across is that if you just sit down and take the time to watch a few episodes of anime, I'm sure that you can find something that you'll enjoy.

How to Buy Anime DVDs

Animation is gaining outstanding popularity in recent years. It not only attracts children, but also teenagers and elderly people as well. There are so many people who have started to watch animated movies. This is primarily due to the fact that animation movies portray humans as an imaginary character with a visually pleasing clarity.

There are lots of animated DVDs available in various stores. However, if you wish to buy anime DVDs, then you should know how to get an ideal DVD that attracts your kid. So check out few aspects that will be useful when you buy anime DVDs.

3 Things to consider:

There are certain things to consider if you wish to get an anime DVD.

1. The first aspect is the content of the DVD. Check if the content can be watched universally by everyone. Discard those animated DVDs which have adult content in it.
2. Check for the ratings shown in the DVDs. If you do not find any ratings like G or PG, then do not get those DVDs as they are not appropriate for your kids.
3. Check out for a good movie review on any website before you could actually buy an animated DVD.

In general, website reviews are intended to rate a particular animated movie in order to find out if that movie is appropriate for children or not. Even if you wish to know more about the content of your favorite animated movie, you can email the appropriate site administrator and get your doubts clarified.

Always stick to a particular brand name and buy amine DVDs that pleases your child. If your kid likes watching computer animated movies, then get Disney/Pixar DVD. Make sure you follow these three steps before buying an animated DVD for your kid.

Cosplay - Fantasy Becomes Reality When Cosplay Meets Anime

Born from large gatherings and events full of fanatical anime fans, cosplay has become an international hobby with thousands of followers. As anime has grown in popularity in the past two decades so has the hobby of cosplay. Cosplay is derived from the English words "costume" and "play" and is used to describe the hobby of crafting highly detailed and accurate costumes of beloved anime and manga characters.

In the recent years, largely from 1998 and beyond the amount of public acceptance of cosplay has increased. Today cosplay is a popular scene in public settings such as parties, nightclubs and video game shows. In some parts of Japan such as the Akihabara district there are even cosplay cafes.

Many anime events hold contests where the accuracy and attention to detail on a cosplay costume are judged based on their true depiction of the character they were designed after. This is perhaps one of the most important aspects of cosplay. The attention to detail and accuracy of a cosplay costume is the defining element of it. In this way, a players hair and skin are considered part of the costume itself and should resemble that of the character they are depicting.

Employing a variety of craft skills and art forms, cosplay costumes are commonly elaborate and may utilize a wide array of materials. Getting precise and accurate textures and materials is highly important to obtaining the most accurate costumes possible. For this reason, metalworking, leatherworking and a variety of trade skills may be required to guarantee the utmost quality of a cosplay costume.

Cosplay costume trends are always changing. On a yearly and monthly basis, depending on what anime, movies and video games are currently popular, the characters of cosplay change. In the past years even some non-anime characters have become popular cosplay choices. Harry Potter and Star Wars are common choices for non-anime character costumes.

Evolving from within the hobby of cosplay itself are some subset groups of enthusiasts who have taken cosplay in new directions. Crossplay for example is a type of cosplay where the players themselves dress up as characters of the opposite sex. However since anime tends to feature characters wearing a variety of unique and not necessarily gender-specific clothing, this is not seen as all that odd.

Cosplay has grown so much in popularity that in its modern incarnation, cosplay has magazines and websites devoted to it. These resources feature detailed instructions on costume making and materials as well as images of costumes from past conventions. Conventions routinely allow "cameko" or "camera boy" photographers who dedicate themselves to photographing cosplay events.

The Start of Uzumaki Naruto

Naruto is a complex and delightful story of a difficult child who wants to
be the greatest Ninja ever. Like many of the anime that were derived from
their manga, it has developed a great and loyal following, not merely
because of the complexity, but the intense emotions and deep motivations.
Uzumaki Naruto is a child that many children his age can identify with. It
is a story of heroes and challenges, with just the right amount of
silliness, humor, and budding romance.

In the beginning, Naruto is a noisy, arrogant, troublesome child, who
performs disrespectful pranks around his village. He thinks he is going to
be the greatest ninja ever, yet when he is tested, cannot perform even the
simplest of techniques which all the other students have mastered. Alone,
without any parents to look after him, he is identified with by his teacher,
Iruka-sensei, who has also been alone since he was a child. It is known to
everyone in the village, but not to Naruto, that he has a monster
nine-tailed fox sealed inside of him. Twelve years earlier, the demon fox
had attacked the village, destroying it, and killing Iruka's parents. But
the village recovered, and the demon fox was neutralized by sealing it
inside the newly-born child, Uzumaki Naruto. It was forbidden for anyone in
the village to ever reveal the truth to others, especially to the child
himself.

Alone, unrecognized and despised by everybody, Naruto performs his pranks to
try to gain attention. In the end, when another final exam comes by, all
the students are given the chance to demonstrate their developing ninja
powers. Everyone passes, except Naruto, who attempts to create a
replication of himself, but only succeeds in creating an absurd, weak,
useless replication. Iruka, his teacher, has no choice but to fail him.
Naruto is depressed, seeing everyone else graduate and acquire the symbol of
graduation, a metal plate with the village symbol that they wear as a
forehead protector.

Fate and an evil force conspire to give Naruto a second chance. A sly and
untrustworthy teacher, Mizuki-sensei, befriends Naruto and convinces him
that he can graduate if he steals the Scroll of Sealing and uses its immense
and dangerous powers to learn impressive techniques that will allow him to
pass. Secretly, Mizuki manipulates Naruto for his own ambition to steal
the scroll. He is prepared to kill Naruto in the process.

Naruto steals the scroll and learns one primary and powerful technique. The
head of the village, the Hokage-sama is angry by the theft, and sends the
village ninjas out to find the childish thief. They are angry, saying that
this was no mere prank, but a very dangerous act. Even Hokage-sama
realizes that Naruto can cause great damage, and may even be able to
unwittingly unseal the demon fox within him.

When Iruka has found Naruto, the boy is confused and exhausted. He has
practised over and over one of the forbidden techniques. The teacher and
student are set upon by Mizuki. The traitorous sensei injures and disables
Iruka, ready to take the next step and steal the scroll and kill both
witnesses. Iruka protects Naruto, who runs away, scampering off on all
fours just like a fox. Mizuki pursues and catches up, but Iruka appears and
is able to protect his student once more. When Naruto finds out the truth
about the demon fox sealed inside of him, he realizes that Iruka is a loyal
teacher and friend, who has only ever tried to help him. Mizuki attacks, but
Naruto, still just a boy, unleashes his newly-developed technique of
multiple shadow replication. The astonished Mizuki is beaten up by the
hundreds of Naruto duplicates. Iruka is impressed, deciding then to
graduate the boy. He gives Naruto his metal forehead protector as a symbol,
and the boy is pleased and proud. But the wise Iruka-sensei warns the boy
that the path of the ninja is just beginning and it will be a lot harder
from here-on. Episode one ends on a note that is upbeat and with the anticipation of
many adventures and lessons to come.
